Good news. During the coming weeks, we will be improving our support infrastructure for faculty and students. As part of this effort we will be rolling out a chat feature that lets you contact a live Technical Support agent right from Engage. The chat feature can be accessed from the footer of Engage. Feel free to continue utilizing phone and email support, as well.
Dear Students and Faculty,
Engage will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, January 18, between 11:00 PM to Sunday January 19, 6:00 am CDT. There will be a brief 5-10 minute service interruption during the maintenance. Full access to Engage will be restored immediately following the maintenance.
